A mid-market recordkeeper was operating its retirement technology platform — spanning both OMNI and Relius systems — without standardized production environments, without dedicated operations staff, and with changes being made directly in production. The engagement was signed by the SVP and Chief Information Officer, reflecting the severity of the situation. The client needed experienced hands immediately — not a 90-day assessment followed by a 6-month implementation plan.

FRP Strategy & Architecture — Our Team Lead for Consulting & Architecture led the development of the client's FRP strategy. This included industry benchmarking, a comprehensive Relius decommissioning roadmap, and guidance on the FIS FRP transition timeline.

Ongoing Platform Support — Beyond stabilization, we continued to provide OMNI platform consulting, trading operations support, and legacy code modernization assistance.

The client achieved platform stability within weeks, not months. The engagement established the governance and change management processes that the organization needed to operate its retirement systems reliably.
