A mid-market recordkeeper was operating its retirement technology platform — spanning both OMNI and Relius systems — without standardized production environments, without dedicated operations staff, and with changes being made directly in production. Ongoing Platform Support — Beyond stabilization, we continued to provide OMNI platform consulting, trading operations support, and legacy code modernization assistance.
