With over 30 years in project and program governance — and more than a decade at Convergent — Jim brings the discipline of enterprise-scale delivery oversight to every engagement the firm takes on.
Jim leads Convergent's program governance practice across the firm, establishing the delivery frameworks, status cadences, and escalation paths that keep multi-workstream engagements on track. He has overseen governance for some of Convergent's largest and most complex client engagements — ensuring milestones are met, risks are managed, dependencies are transparent, and executive stakeholders always know where their program stands. Before joining Convergent in 2013, Jim held senior program leadership roles at T-Mobile, Dynamic Printware, and Lowe's, where he built a career delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives against aggressive timelines. He holds a BS in Engineering and an MBA from Georgia Tech.
