Problem
- A large Retirement Services firm was in the process if implementing a new record-keeping system which was developed by a third party solution provider.
- The client wanted to enhance the user experience across plan sponsor, advisor access and participant websites.
- The client engaged Convergent to customize and develop the websites and provide integration support with the vendor’s product.
Solution
- Convergent provided project management services to oversee the engagement. We designed and executed a project plan for communication between the client’s QA team, the third-party vendor’s software developers and our solutions engineers.
- Our solution delivery included design, development and testing of revamped websites.
- We also developed a custom content management tool to effectively tag and manage content for all three user groups.
