• The task was complicated by the fact that majority of the plans were highly customized and the migration had to be completed without significant user impact.


• Our consultants analyzed the data and processes across both platforms and migrated plan, participant and historical transactional data.

• We designed and developed custom applications on both SunGard and DST systems to standardize the data and facilitate the migration.


• We wrote custom applications to analyze over 35,000 custom OmniScripts.
